A: At present we only accept orders for delivery in Australia.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Many items are in stock and will be processed immediately. Generally, most orders are shipped within 72 hours or sooner. Some times situations arise where we have run out of stock and if this is the case and we need to import it from our overseas suppliers the items can take upto 21 days, however a backordered item may take longer.

We regularly split orders and post separately to ensure you get your items as quick as possible.

Q: What if I want to return the item?
A: We happily accept returns within 90 days for unused and unopened item. I should note that if the item is faulty or if we have provided the wrong item, we will accept the item returned. Simply contact us through the contact us form and we will provide a Return Items Form.
